The TAC may tell you that we can bill them directly, but this is not possible for us to do until we have your claim number and a letter of confirmation from the TAC. If you are not happy with this arrangement, please let us know and we can speak with you about it in more detail.
If you have been admitted to hospital as a result of your accident, you will usually have no excess to pay. However, we still require confirmation of this prior to your appointment. When you call to book in, just let us know your claim number & case manager and we will contact them directly on your behalf.
You may need to bring with you relevant documents relating to your TAC claim such as any correspondence from the TAC, scans, x-rays, doctors or surgeons reports.
